One Part 107 pilot running their own operation.
Two or more pilots under one operator.
Eleven or more pilots, multiple bases, or federal programs.
Crew starts at the same price as two Solo plans, and each pilot after that costs $20 a month less than a Solo plan. Count only certificated pilots; observers and ground crew don't need a seat.
Billed monthly. LAANC filing may carry a flat monthly add-on fee.
File LAANC requests from the mission planner through an FAA-approved partner provider, with approval synced back to your Aircrew Jacket and Operator Passport. Depending on partner provider costs, there may be a flat monthly add-on fee for filing. It would not be charged per authorization, so you can file as many requests as your missions need. Any fee will be published before launch. The airspace pre-check that tells you which authorization a site needs stays included on every plan.
No. A client opens the passport link you send and sees everything they asked for. They never pay and never sign up.
Anyone who flies as remote pilot in command and needs an Aircrew Jacket. Visual observers, camera operators who don't fly, and ground crew can be listed on jobs at no cost.
Yes. Your records move with you and we credit the unused part of your Solo plan toward Crew.
Solo is $55 a month or $500 a year, a $160 saving. Crew is $110 a month or $1,000 a year for two pilots, a $320 saving. Added pilots are $35 a month or $350 a year, a $70 saving per pilot.
The airspace pre-check is included on every plan. It tells you whether a site needs no authorization, LAANC or DroneZone. Filing the LAANC request through BLKBOX runs through an FAA-approved partner provider, so there may be a flat monthly add-on fee depending on that provider's costs. It would not be a per-authorization charge; file as many requests as your missions need. Any fee will be published before launch.
The first 100 operators to sign up get 40% off Solo or Crew on a yearly plan: Solo $300 a year, Crew $600 a year for two pilots, and $210 a year per added pilot. The price holds for as long as you stay subscribed without a break. It applies to yearly plans only, doesn't combine with the military discount, and doesn't apply to the LAANC filing add-on.
Active duty, National Guard, Reserve and veterans of the US Armed Forces get 30% off Solo and Crew, monthly or yearly. On Crew, the discount applies when a service member or veteran owns the operation, and it covers every pilot on the plan. Eligibility is verified once at sign-up. If you are also a founding operator, you get the founders discount instead, since it is the larger of the two.
Every new account gets 30 days free. Build your passport, send it to a real client, and decide after.
You can export everything as PDFs and a spreadsheet before you go. Shared passport links stop working when the plan ends.
